What is Outsource.com?

Outsource.com is an online outsourcing platform that puts employers and businesses in contact with a global network of talents. Any member can post a project, whether a short- or long-term job, and choose from skilled talents who offer bid proposals with rate quotes and time estimates for completing the work. It's a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Employers can have their pick of thousands of talents who have the exact skills needed to get the job done, without undertaking the expense and commitment of hiring full-time employees in person.

Talents can tap into a readily available source of constant part-time and full-time work opportunities from employers who are specifically seeking them out.


Getting started is quick and simple.
  1. Sign up
    If you haven’t already, sign up as a talent and begin receiving job requests.
  2. Build your profile
    Make it a point to articulate your skills, highlight your core competencies, upload your professional portfolio, include any relevant certifications or test scores to help boost your credibility, and upload a professional photo of yourself. The more information you provide, the better your chances of getting hired.
  3. Begin receiving jobs
    Various clients will post jobs from which you can choose. We do understand that not every client is easy to handle. That is why we allow you to work with multiple clients and make the best choice satisfying their needs.

Outsource.com provides you with a list of projects. All you need to do is sign-up, bid on a project, and complete a 30-minute call with an Outsource.com agent. If you are approved, you will be assigned to the project and you may start your journey as a talent. We will set up a payment plan so that you are paid upon completing milestones.

  • Outsource Payment Protection
    Outsource.com payment protection system provides a secure environment for people working together at Outsource.com so that all parties are protected in case of dispute. Payment protection applies to both hourly paid projects and projects paid at a fixed rate.
  • Protection: in the event of a dispute the Outsource.com team will intervene to ensure the issue is reconciled immediately.

Outsource.com offers a large pool of clients who need your expertise. Clients’ projects include, but are not limited to:

  • Web development
  • Content writing
  • Graphic and web design
  • Data entry and SEO expertise
  • Application development
  • AI and machine learning
  • ALEXA coding

In order to collect funds for services provided by you (talents from Outsource.com), you must use ACH (Automated Clearing House for the U.S. only), PayPal, wire transfer, eCheck (for certain countries), or the choice of receiving a mailed check. To withdraw funds from your payment put on hold by Outsource.com, go to the section, Receive Payments, in the account section of your profile.

Should issues arise between a client and talent, both parties are able to file a dispute with Outsource.com. Disputes will be settled in an appropriate and timely manner by the team at Outsource.com to help mediate any issues held by the two parties. The job that has been filed for dispute will be paused until the matter is resolved by our team.

Payments typically take 3-5 business days to process and be approved for final withdrawal.

Changing your password is simple and hassle-free. Once logged into your account, go into your Account Info. Choose the Password Settings tab and a link with instructions will be sent to your email. If you are locked out of your account, please go to the login page and click the link that says Reset Password. From here, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you are unsatisfied with the emails you receive, you can easily customize your email preferences. To do so, go into your Account Info, choose the Email Notification tab to remove yourself from our email subscription.

To help build your reputation, Outsource.com allows you to request reviews from previous clients that were composed and posted on a different site than Outsource.com. Simply go to your Profile, click the Reviews tab, and click Request Review from Previous Clients.

The client. Outsource's only business is connecting world-class experts to the clients who want to work with them - not intellectual property. Our contracts provide that all work created by a Outsource expert is the property of the client, not Outsource.

Outsource.com enters into agreements with every member of the talent network. Through these agreements, Outsource obtains exclusive ownership of the work created by the talent that works with you. We then provide you with the intellectual property for the work that the Outsource talent creates for you under our client agreement.

This clean and simple arrangement has worked well for our clients for many years. However, if you would like the expert to enter into a direct agreement with you to affect the direct transfer of Intellectual Property, we can work with you to ensure that your needs are met.

An Outsource membership is your way to benefit from using Outsource.com. As a Talent in Outsource.com you have to pay the membership fee which is $25/Year for an Individual and $50/Year for an Agency to submit your bid to any project/job.

As a member you can view all projects but to enjoy the fulll benefit you have to buy a membership plan. These benefits will help increase your earning opportunities!

Outsource.com will charge the transaction fee from it's members based on the job amount. Transaction fees are deducted as shown in the below table.

$0 to $500 - 20%
$500.01 to $10,000 - 10%
$10,000 or above - 5%.

Depending on your reviews and your membership upgrades, you will appear among the top searches of our clients. This will allow you to work directly with them or bid on project posted by Outsource sales.

A client can either call you directly via Outsource.com or mail you. During the call feature you will be connected to the client only when you have paid $20 (or) $10 [if you are a member], all you need to do is upgrade your card details. Don't worry, we will not charge you any money unless you attend the call.

The client can also send you the project details via mail. You will be charged a $20 (or) $10 [if you are a member] on opening the mail.

You can set your price by changing it in the "line items" of your profile. This price will be reflected in your profile and visible to the client.

We wish we could hire as many as possible. But since that's not the way, you can bid on jobs posted by Outsource sales and work with us for clients.
