Also, there is a $20/month for Freelancer and $100/month for Agency and team charge added for Casecamp.com project management tool once project awarded to service Buyer. Also aiding you in creating the best possible experience for you to hire and pay freelancers on the site. Below is the pricing we charge for Freelancers and for Managed Jobs you pay from $25/hour.

Outsource.com provides you with a list of projects. All you need to do is sign-up, bid on a project, and complete a 30-minute call with an Outsource.com agent. If you are approved, you will be assigned to the project and you may start your journey as a freelancer. We will set up a payment plan so that you are paid upon completing milestones.

Yes. Once you are logged into your account, you will be able to see the jobs for which you have provided quotes. You must click on the tab at the top of the page named My Jobs. You will be able to see all your quotes for jobs which you have sent
To get paid hourly for work completed, you must submit the number of hours you have completed each week through the work log for each job. The clients will be charged for the number of hours you have entered each week. If there are no disputes filed by the client, these funds will be paid [I think this is better than “made available” – is the Outsource.com system paying the freelancers with the clients’ funds?]/ Should there be any Bank holidays, please allow for more time for the funds to be deposited.
Note: In the case of a freelancer’s failure to complete a job within the quoted time, the client has a right to refuse pay.
Freelancers working on a fixed contract will be paid upon the completion of deliverables agreed upon by both parties. Funds from the client will be held by Outsource.com until the client authorizes the release of payment. At that time, funds will be made available to the freelancer, who can then withdraw the funds.
In order to collect funds for services provided by you (freelancers from Outsource.com), you must use ACH (Automated Clearing House for the U.S. only), PayPal, wire transfer, eCheck (for certain countries), or the choice of receiving a mailed check. To withdraw funds from your payment put on hold by Outsource.com, go to the section, Receive Payments, in the account section of your profile.
Should issues arise between a client and freelancer, both parties are able to file a dispute with Outsource.com. Disputes will be settled in an appropriate and timely manner by the team at Outsource.com to help mediate any issues held by the two parties. The job that has been filed for dispute will be paused until the matter is resolved by our team.
Payments typically take 3-5 business days to process and be approved for final withdrawal.
Changing your password is simple and hassle-free. Once logged into your account, go into your Account Info. Choose the Password Settings tab and a link with instructions will be sent to your email. If you are locked out of your account, please go to the login page and click the link that says Reset Password. From here, we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If you are unsatisfied with the emails you receive, you can easily customize your email preferences. To do so, go into your Account Info, choose the Email Notification tab to remove yourself from our email subscription.
To help build your reputation, Outsource.com allows you to request reviews from previous clients that were composed and posted on a different site than Outsource.com. Simply go to your Profile, click the Reviews tab, and click Request Review from Previous Clients.

Outsource.com enters into agreements with every member of the talent network. Through these agreements, Outsource obtains exclusive ownership of the work created by the talent that works with you. We then provide you with the intellectual property for the work that the Outsource talent creates for you under our client agreement.
This clean and simple arrangement has worked well for our clients for many years. However, if you would like the expert to enter into a direct agreement with you to affect the direct transfer of Intellectual Property, we can work with you to ensure that your needs are met.
